D(Pete) Peterson began making his “Dragon Fire” Hot Pepper Jelly the
summer of 2001. After winning a blue ribbon and Best in Jelly division
(open class) at the Sheridan County Fair AND a blue ribbon at the Wyoming
State Fair the summer of 2002, Pete decided to market gourmet jams and
jellies.
Honey and Lemon Jelly and Cranberry Walnut Jam were added to the product
line the fall of 2002. Both are delicious simply spread on toast or
pancakes. Or for a real treat try Cranberry Walnut Jam as a topping
for cream cheese cake.
Award winning “Dragon Fire” Hot Pepper Jelly is a great way to bring
out the flavor of wild meats and sausages. Or as a snack spread on
crackers with cream cheese.
